I don’t think so. Most people are so dumb to even realise they are being limited in any kind of way. Most people don’t even give it importance as long as their acquaintances are on the platform. Social pressure, the same reason people still use Instagram, X, Snapchat, WhatsApp… Bc although they are incredibly missing out, they ignore that bc “this is where my friends are at”

Instagram isn't going anywhere too soon, as long as there's no good alternative, especially for businesses. I talked about this earlier here, there's no Nostr client yet with that optimized polish that works for client relationship as Instagram does (natural after so many years and money spent in development). I suggest we drop the moralistic attitude and just use and create the superior freedom alternative.
