Maybe the front page could have (1) cards that highlight all the sections (clients, relays, libraries, etc.) and jump to them when clicked and (2) a search bar. Just a couple of ideas.

Just so I'm understanding correctly, it would just be a simple web page with links to apps and stuff. And an explanation of what they are.
