My ‘hood in black and white 🥰💜

I’ve got a few on colour film as well that I might post later on.

It’s amazing the difference film can make! The photos themselves look so old! Interesting study.

Definitely 💜 There’s a crispness to them and the light and shadows seem to find the textures of the different buildings just right! I also love that red door! It makes me happy every time I see it ❤️ There are some truly beautiful old buildings down here and it’s great to see people taking an interest in them. Most people tend to just focus solely on the old wool mills. It’s nice to see other places shine! Thanks for sharing 💜

I want to spend some more time waking around there as there are a lot of interesting buildings. I think Semaphore could have some interesting places to take some photos as well.

Definitely! Semaphore has some lovely old art deco buildings and some of the shop fronts have been used in recent years as backdrops for films. In the Port itself the tiny little side streets have some beautiful hidden gems, on both sides of commercial road. It’s a great place to go exploring with a camera. As a bonus, if you get hungry or thirsty there’s a pub on almost every corner 😂
