In the first stage I would develop and license the caps and lids, replacing all legacy stock in the market.
In the second stage I would launch recycling drop off machines at grocery stores which paid out sats for returning verifiable stock back into circulation.

TAM is like the 5 grandmothers that still can. Pretty sure Bell jars almost went out of business a few years back.
Not if regs outlaw plastics in store bought food, which is looking very possible at the moment.
Standardized glassware with carefully designed seal lids would fix it.
