Feel communities will find better usage when there are stronger incentives for community themed relays and where participation in a community relay comes some responsibility for mantainence/curatiom of the signal quality.

Switch to Coracle, I don't enforce any moderation

Well, no, I guess everyone would have to switch over for that to work. The required moderation thing was such a bad idea.
