Always use a noncustodial and never lose the ability
It's cheaper in the long run to use custodial for my use case (zapping on Nostr.)

I'm running a lightning node. But unless I have more use case, it doesn't make sense for such small amounts.
Why?
The loss risk Vs running costs doesn't make sense. If I could use lightning in shops for regular payments, it would be better.
#Zeus is easy to run. Turns your phone into the node. You can connect it to Nostr (nwc) outlay is just opening a channel
Yes I'm running Zeus. Keeping the channel open could be costly and I think there's more risk of higher costs than a simple custodial solution
Well you could open a channel to a friend. Then its just about a bit of maintenance, balance.
