Is it inevitable that Twitter has to integrate protocols like nostr? User interfaces and unique modulations of data are welcome. But doesn't it make sense to move toward and independence of servers with a protocol that allows a unique person's data to travel independently and secure in its own identity?

I would argue it is the opposite- twitter will become a walled garden for the advertiser based internet. They need the monopoly for the business model..such as it is, which is not great anyway.
