I don't disagree, but it's people, not systems or governments that make these decisions every day. people are the problem.
fix the money? nah. fix people. but guess what!? you can't. people are going to do what they do. too many not only don't want change, will resist, and then what? force? in one way or another those that think they're right will use force. we've seen it too many times to ignore.
