I shouldn’t be managing relays at all. millions of dollars of investments into the protocol, clients should abstract that away for average users and default to relays that filter spam. But if they’re switching npubs idk attack may be one step ahead

we have a friend filter in notifications and dms (top right, hard to see). We still need to add that to threads

You’ll notice this may hide non-spam, non-friend accounts as well. This is the downside of automatic WoT filtering.

So, we can just block the Bostr user agent?
Relays can but all relays would have to do that. If you run a centralized relay for your users like primal does you can censor and clean up this stuff automatically.
For nostr clients that talk to more than one relay, you have to be more clever and used techniques like WoT, paid relays, and more clever clientside anti-spam algos
