Raw iq scores are not a perfect 1:1 descriptor of human capability and wasnt ever meant to be. Only the ignorant or those wanting to tarnish the iq notion would claim that
No, education does not play a huge rule. It plays A role. Formal education tends to work on and for medium to high iq individuals, less so for low iq indivs
