There are quite a few of these *distraction free* writing devices on the market now, has anybody tried any of them.
I'm talking about things like
Freewrite
BYOK
Pomera
Alphasmart (old one from the early 2000' that has made a comeback)

You mean like pencil and paper
Pencil and paper is good of course, but the drawback is that you will eventually have to type it into a machine anyway for editing and so on
