Ok. People are also pirating Amazon zogslop. How is that any better? Any way you look at it, piracy is only a good tool to fight back against evil corporations if we accept the premise that we have to live our lives dependant on the funding of bad people. OP's premise is dishonest. Piracy isn't about fighting back. It's about consooming content and ignoring the implications of one's decisions.

You think nowhere in the world has written a decent book since WW2? You think there is absolutely nothing you can read still under copyright worth reading? I think this statement is somewhat deranged. Faulkner, Steinbeck, Salinger, Nabokov, Pynchon, Cormac McCarthy, Wallace, Mishima, etc all have works under copyright. Most of them their entire catalogues. Anything after 1930 is still under copyright. There’s nothing with narrative at all that was produced in the past 95 years? Nothing that can inspire you or enrich your life? It is all zogslop? Finally, if you wish to be able to connect to general society and convince people of things about Jews and minorities you might want to be able to be appealing and relatable. “I don’t read novels” is not an appealing or relatable position.
