Hmm… speaking in a general sense, what if those in consensus with each other are wrong, though? In that case, we are fortunate to have people that cause controversy instead of just going along. Keeping the peace is sometimes destructive.
It's possible to express disagreement without generating controversy and listen to dissenting voices without fanning the flames. The opposite is true on traditional social media, where the algorithm gives greater visibility to these forms of expression.
It is *sometimes possible to do that. It is not always possible to do that.
