If your gym has these hiding unused in the corner, and your still running to block your squat rack instead, you're doing it wrong. image Load up with 2-3x of your max squat and give it 6 sets of 2x 20-30m. If you have a little bit of driveway or a flat backyard, it would be the first, and maybe the only one home gym equipment I'd get. Takes less space than a squat rack, can be easily moved, and you can do there every single thing as in the rack (maybe with the exception of swinging pull ups).
