Is the world famous, super cool to use lightweight nostr-rs-relay still maintained?? I'm missing the NIP-04 (encrypted message) support. #asknostr #rust

NIP-04 is obsolete and will no longer be used.
Ohh, maybe I made a too quick research. Must look for more actual standards.
