Listening to music. Used to like it when I was younger, but now consider it a waste of time. I prefer silence or an audiobook. Still enjoy playing musical instruments though, because that's a learning process.

I totally get this!!
I seldom listen to music. I used to do it while running and sometimes I use instrumental (heavy or chilled depending on the mood) for coding, but silence is the best now and while running or doing chores I prefer podcasts.
BUT I also love to play guitar, and if I hadn't listened to lots of music before, I wouldn't know songs to play haha.
Ah.. but on long drives, music is still good. Family can sing along. I'd prefer podcasts probably, but no one else in the car does 😆
