But not for alt price which is what Vlad was getting at I think. And bitcoin already has stablecoins on its network.

stablecoins on lightning seems like a win-win to me. stablecoins on RGB I'm not so sure, maybe!
why do we even need stable coins, seems like traditional banks and payment rails are doing a fine job of moving dollars without the need for an ERC-20 token
