agree can't plant roots in a rental..
land can be awesome but also deepending on location and time in lifes cycles can have it's tradeoffs.
I don't think it's a long term option because you need somewhere to live, but it's definitely a phenomenal option in the right settings and with reasonable timing

Renting inevitable due to inflation, 2% monthly lease hikes outpace wage growth.
