You can make your own meshtastic device to have a physical switch. It won't be communicating through Bluetooth, since it uses radio frequencies, but I don't see any downsides to that. Side note: I was having multiple issues (using multiple devices) with Bluetooth connectivity a few weeks back and wondered what year will Bluetooth "just work"? How long have we been waiting for it to not be a pain to deal with every so often? Wifi, cell towers, etc don't have such a high rate of failure.
