Multi-Sig Transaction Distribution will never be adopted: the BIP is closed. Not sure who would have given me money if it was adopted. Cool thought: I always like people giving me money.

He's referring to BIP10 like you wrote instead of BIP110, which you meant.
This is the autistism that keeps him from thinking that BIP110 is fine.
