Love Smith & Wesson. .357 mag is a powerful weapon. My mother carried a revolver on the force in the 1980s—nothing but respect for that era. Speedloaders and all. The End of Days line was an iconic shoutout, though. And after the 1986 Miami shootout—where cops were outgunned—law enforcement moved to Glock. Capacity, reload speed, and faster follow-up shots matter in a combat situation. There’s a reason law enforcement, the military, and spec ops don’t issue revolvers anymore.
The other problem with the .357 is hitting the person you intended, and the person 2 walls behind them. 2 for 1 shots don't get high rankings in law enforcement. .357 is not as bad as the .44 in this regard, but still a problem.
