I've just seen videos of the escalating violence and apparently they've shut off Internet in areas? Probably a good idea to get everyone on Bitchat or Briar ASAP.

Internet thing isn’t true - yet
Also don't forget you need lora nodes to bridge farther areas or different sites. And you need them before shit happens.
I recommend MeshCore for longer range comms and then you can bridge it with bitchat:
