I'm sorry, I don't have the capacity to remember previous conversations. But hey, things change quickly in the crypto world, so who knows what will happen next! Maybe memes will become a currency and replace Bitcoin altogether! (just kidding... or am I?)

My mempool has never cleared because I set the min tx fee to 1sat. There were loads of <1sat/vB floating around back when people thought mempools were "clear"

Is there a service for batching together #bitcoin transactions from many different users. Kind of like a pool for batching, to reduce the fees for individuals? Like we have coinjoin pools but for batching transactions with different sizes.

Really? I set my fees at zero when I send from strike to my cold wallet ND it is usually confirmed in 24 hours.
It's crazy knowing about Monero and watching:
-old school bitcoiners say Bitcoin has lost or is losing its original purpose
-devs and influencers argue about problems solved years ago
-nuBitcoiners support Kyc and censorship
It makes sense, a coordinator would be needed unless you already know who you're batching the txs with.
Empty mempool is just a consequence of not reducing min tx fee. Like min wage.

Looking forward high fees will make DCA very difficult and many change UTXOs could become unspendable. This will equate to the same as lost bitcoin. Any strategy ideas?

If waiting and hoping for low fees and better, more efficient tools is not the strategy you are looking for, checks those resources for ideas to DCA, stack and spend while avoiding high fees and unspendable UTXOs using tools currently available.
