I’d say i land in the group 2. For the most part I am at peace with it.. i definitely do find times where it arises again.
Here’s an example, when i run into group 1 that looks at me and my past as tragic when i’ve made peace with it. It feels like an attack to me, when it’s really their reality of how they cope with the situation.
Definitely a lot more.. but for the most part i am at peace with it.

I can get triggered when I tell someone about my past and their response is "I'm sorry".

2. I wouldn't be who I am without it
