Here in the UK a 100yo veteran was on the telly the other day and he said it wasn't worth fighting for, not worth the sacrifice. I don't vote, just like I don't protest, because I see both as acts of submission and I can't bend the knee to lesser creatures.

Like Bitcoin, law is also built in layers. The base layer of law is natural/common law. The legal system is like a layer 2 built on top of natural law that requires your consent or tacit agreement to apply to you. No point in protesting at the higher layer when you can try to get back to the base layer.
