Because things are complicated i am afraid. The fact that i know someone to be a real person i shook hands with, does not mean i want to follow their content and vise versa. There is a lot of conflation in a 1 dimensional list of people.

Yes, I'm not saying it's the best, but it's something. And if you add a bunch of lists you get even more something.
