Google Workspaces. It's incredibly hard to switch to something else once it's integrated into your business. Email, cloud file storage, video conferencing, virtual phone/call center, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation decks, etc.

once something gets integrated its so much harder to get away from it. have to pick your battles based on your own situation
