I just can't understand why anyone would not realize that there is a quantum splinterverse in which every square has a car in it and therefore we can let everyone pass nomatter what they chose. This is actually better than to even try to keep bots out. Because i said so. And if you disagree you are either a moron or pure evil. And you're not actually even allowed to have an opinion unless you're about to turn on to Broome Rd. yourself. If you don't like it, then you can build your own road and make pictures with your own cars or bicycles or fire hydrants or wherever you prefer. But I also want to remind you retarded cattle that only Craig Wright would want to have us count stop lights instead. I'm sure that's what you think too, or you're one of those cultists, or paternalistic, such-and-so's. Probably religious or autistic. Carsquare ACK. Thread locked! View quoted note →

Would Proof of Work (PoW) captchas be a step up from this issue? I understand not everyone agrees with Brave’s underlying infrastructure, but I think we can all agree moving towards the latest version such as Google’s reCAPTCHA v3 isn’t exactly our best bet either. I’d much rather not resort to biometric, email/SMS, or centralized social media authentication. I’d love to see how Nostr can replace this spam filtering system with a more privacy-centric focus approach. Maybe a Cryptographic Authentication Protocol to tell Computers and Humans Apart? Or Proof of Work Authentication to tell Computers and Humans Apart - aka PoWACHA using our cryptographic identity from Nostr to sign & pay a minimum of a certain threshold (n) sat fee on the Lightning Network as proof of work. For anyone reading this.. is this feasible? Could Nostr actually fix this?
