"Fiqhmaxxing" is becoming one of these "Gen- Zisms" that doesn't tell us anything useful. Fiqh gives practical rules (rituals, daily transactions, etc.) to ensure our actions are valid. It preserves our dignity & fulfills our purpose as Allah's slaves....but that doesn't mean every fiqh opinion you read about is a matter of consensus.
