Today is my last day of maple sap collection for the season. weather broke and trees look ready to bud.. I turn buckets upside-down so small amounts of sap don't drop in and then sour/mold before I collect and clean them. I collected almost 7000 gallons of sap in buckets and bags this year. a bucket will fill in about 8 hours when sap is running. #grownostr #permaculture #circulareconomy #foodstr
