I sent @CryptoCloaks syrup already for Holiday giveaway b/c I ran out by June last year. Hard to look ahead, but if you would like some for Thanksgiving or Christmas breakfasts, get it now and store in cool pantry. May want to get a few new glass bottles for Christmas gifts. And I bet Moms/Wives would love it for Mothers day.

My maple syrup in glass is a hit this year. Going fast at farmers market. It is also shipping well (my big concern), so there will be more glass next year. Also don't forget my sister Sarah's homemade tallow soap. You can get regular bars or these limited bitcoin bars. OK, I had another issue somewhere. At 4 am this morning I got a lightning payment. I can't find an invoice I made or any messages for an order, it does match price of a product though.. Let me know if you sent me some, possibly from nostr b/c relays might not match correctly.

Going upside down in Ohio this week. When it warms up sap won't run much, the little that does will spoil. Looks like next weekend we'll get a freeze thaw cycle and another run. Spoiled sap makes terrible syrup, also if the trees bud the syrup is bad. 2 1/2 weeks to bud.

Last 100 buckets today. Should get another sap run this week. This ice will concentrate the sap a little but a big difference for me. Going from 2% to 3% sap means 35 gal sap/gal syrup instead of 45. Takes some work off of me.
