AI servers not as flexible as bitcoin servers - you have unhappy punters if the AI servers get switched off.

Those servers that answer AI _prompts_ yes, they can't really be used for demand response. But those capacities that are used for training models .. I'd guess they can be used somewhat flexibly .. at least over a time period of say 72 hours.
