Quite valuable I think if it is authentic. That is a silver certificate from back when US paper dollars could be exchanged for precious metals at a fixed rate on demand.

Found some half dollar proofs and proof sets as well.
Don't have much time to dig through the details right now unfortunately, but it's a few shoe boxes worth mostly from around the time soundish money became true fiat.
