Unfortunately this is a common mistake people make when they comment on subjects that they aren't well versed in. Citing a paper just to show your logic is pretty key. And then reading and understanding a paper is actually quite difficult. I've heard this sun burn thing before but there's not much substance to ilthe claim other than influencers on social media.
