I did a long time ago (college) but it can't hurt to reread it, anymore than it would hurt to reread Greene or important philosophy texts like Nietzsche...

all progress is cyclical. you can't teleport from A to B - you can at most take one step at a time. if 10 people read the same book they aren't all going to get the same message. when you read it triggers your thoughts based on your life experience which will be very different today than it was when you were in college. i bet when you read it in college it sounded theoretical with no direct application to your daily life but if you were to read it now ...
