That's the 70% that don't own anything.
It'll take some kind of systemic failure. Bond market issues or bank collapse would be my guess, but really anything could trigger the dominoes.

It does kind of feel that way. Low impulse control behavior on the rise and social fabric beginning to shred.
That's about what it took for me in 08/09.
