What client do you post from? Yes he also has pubkey tags. You are not blocked from relays it looks like you maybe have a bug in your client
right now from jumble.social, and it's connecting just to one relay, last week I couldn't connect from any client, don't know why, I have downloaded now your latest version too see how it's working 🤘
