I think about 20% of the US is actively rooting for the degenerate culture, about 30% passively accept it, about 40% quietly disapprove and about 10% vociferously disapprove. 20% is more than 10% but not so much more that it is "the culture". There's an awful lot of people who don't greenlight Hollywood films and thus are not "the culture" in the commercialized way he has defined it, but are "the culture" in reality.
