Followers are a fiat metric. What matters on Nostr is whether you function as a node. Do people route information through you? Do they trust your signal enough to rebroadcast it? A node with ten reliable connections outperforms an account with ten thousand passive followers. That’s not social media logic. That’s network logic. Completely different game.
