College football has been mostly a scam for more than a decade. I am thrilled at the fact that there is so much chaos in it and I am actively cheering its downfall. If I had the capital, I’d launch a professional league specifically aimed at 18 - 22 year old players.

Which aspects of cfb do you see as the scams? I'd assume the conference realignments, sports networks being in bed w particular conferences, NIL, transfer portal, etc?
Particularly that the NCAA is determined to squeeze every dime out of players that they can. Teams can drop players at any moment, including after they’ve been injured. The idea of a scholarship being appropriate compensation is also completely ridiculous. Then you have the constant witch hunts of “inappropriate benefits”. NIL helps, but only a small portion of players get it. But between that and the transfer portal, I’m happy to see that players are getting some power back. Those two seem to have seriously undermined the NCAA’s power and I love to see it.
