Shouldn't you find out what it is, and what it does before declaring that it's unnecessary, and should be shut down?

It's FDA, CDC, NIH,and a ton of other such orgs

Doesnt matter what it is, if it's federal government we are better off without it. If it has redeemable value then people would pay for it instead of being robbed.
