Does this basically mean that viruses don’t exist in the way that modern virology says they do?
If I understand correctly, the “virus” that scientists isolate is actually debris from a dead or dying cell. And the cell is dead or dying due to malnutrition.

correct. my hypothesis is that we shed cellular debris and it is possible for our cellular debris to make others sick but mostly our internal metabolism determines whether we get sick not the "pathogens"around us
