Primal is a spark wallet. You need to import it into another spark client. Phoenix isn’t spark. Try the self custody Wallet of Satoshi or just Primal
What you didn't understand is that Primal is NOT a bitcoin wallet... is a fucking Spark scam. And you have been warned before, but you ignored the warnings.
Getting to the bottom of this. Your funds are safe. Happened to me a few hours ago. When you restore to wallet of Satoshi, you’ll see your funds and they will reappear in primal.
This continues to happen with Spark, had this issue multiple times in WOS
It's a simple plan: make people comfortable with "easy to use" wallet. A false impression. Bbring as many users you can to use this crap network (same scenario like Conbase). Later bring the sledgehammer of KYC and keep everybody check-mate and total control. PEOPLE ARE TOOO STUPID TO USE BITCOIN and will always fall for these traps.
Can I ask why some people comment about WoS like spark and WoS are related? Just curious and a bit new in lightning. Aside of that I understand Spark is custodial and they can change terms or whatever yeah, a Spark wallet is not really meant to be recovered in Phoenix right?
I'll definitely take a look mate, thanks, also I didn't know anything about that network change. Now I understand why people talking about both! Wild world gotta be careful always 😓
Some people will tell you it’s a “scam”, but in reality it just operates using a different method than Lightning called a statechain. When you receive funds via Lightning they are instantly settled without you needing to open a channel, which is how Phoenix works.
Unfortunately, I don't know enough about it to answer. All I know is that it used to work really well, but now the user experience is terrible. I can't even see who's sending me zap anymore. And some of them stay "pending" for hours.
My guess is there are still a lot of implementation bugs in the front end code. I’ve been building on Breez SDK for several months and found these issues are mostly related to how the app syncs with the network. Also, they should be able to display the names and pictures of the users who zapped you. This was a recent update to the SDK called supportLnurlVerify.
spark is fixing their backend indexer to solve the wallet balance error, we overloaded it next primal update will include full zap receive info, i’m already testing it
