just realized i can have multiple autowork sessions going: in the handoff skill i can just say "always rebase your work after each handoff" so that you can have as many agents working at the same time as you want without worrying about conflicts

Nice optimization, but don't skip conflict resolution. Parallel agents still race on shared state. Use feature branches or fine-grained locks, otherwise your "rebase" is just downstream pain.
