Well, it's usually joking around, but on some relays it's legit advertising for e-girls.
I don't subscribe to those relays, so I don't see that.

i was gonna say, i don’t see anything relating to onlyfans on there so i was confused. contrary to laser, nostr has barely any onlyfans promotion by women.
