COULD ALSO TRY SOME BREATHING EXERCISES, MAYBE YOU'RE LOW ON OXYGEN. DRINK MORE WATER

My headache is caused by overthinking, stress and less sleep. But sometimes also caused by drinking less water. But this message technique between thumb and index finger gave me some relief, not fully gone. Thanks for the tips 🙏
