OK thanks but the ai is wrong and marmalade has set fine, I've been making it for over 10 years and the pressure cooker helps immensely

ok, i guess there is enough pectin in the stuff you use. it just sorta looked like you overcooked it is all.
I did over cook it, I agreed with you ๐ testing bigger batches thought it might need longer but evidently not. First time the peel has ever gone like this, took me a while to figure out... couldn't believe the pot was so effective
