Don’t think that one hand, or one glance, is worth more than the other. Both go through life intertwined, as one. We walk hand in hand in nature with beings who have a different ‘voice’, with empathy and compassion 🤍.

Today, on the interesting Polaroids app, I posted a snippet of the photo I’m sharing in this post, which is called: «Atardecer del 25 de Septiembre de_2026». I decided to share this so as not to overwhelm my Mexican friend straight away with the problems reported in «La Jornada Noticias», such as the devaluation of the peso and the manipulation of data by his much-loved Meta and centralised networks — nothing that would surprise a Nostr user. #PhotoWithoutFilters #SignsOfAutumn #PhotographicArt #LongLiveDecentralisation

Node is up and running! 🟠🎉 Just finished setting up a dedicated Bitcoin Knots node with Blake2B support (BIP-110). Currently on v29.4.1.knots20260508 and everything's looking solid so far ✅ One more node strengthening the network. That's what decentralisation is all about 🧱⛓️💪 #knots #blake2b #bip110 #decentralisation #selfcustody

I would now label all the figures with their backs turned “Bitcoin Core”. For me, the figure of the man walking alone, in the “opposite” direction is now marked “BIP110”. The latter comes with a tonne of hope as a gift, to help him regain prudence and shrewdness and thus give the movement greater strength 💪🏽. View quoted note →

Self-custody has come under attack 💥. I have temporarily replaced my LN-Address with a custodial option, pending further developments in the Bitcoin network 🧐. I hope to see some stability in around 7 to 10 days. Long live BIP110! 💪🏽 #bitcoin #decentralisation #knots #bip110 #selfcustody

True decentralisation thrives in quiet preparation and steadfast operational discipline. In my latest reflection, I explore the philosophy of distributed trust and how embracing a 2-of-3 threshold scheme fortifies our collaborative endeavours. Discover how we can transform abstract cryptography into a living, resilient community by cultivating a truly sovereign ecosystem. This is the Krux—a project whose usefulness and promotion receive remarkably “little attention”. Why? Largely due to the meagre profits—or outright losses—that influencers stand to make from it. Perhaps many of them are simply “shitcoiners” and supporters of Bitcoin Core. And perhaps it is the very nature of its decentralisation within the Bitcoin ecosystem that makes it unattractive to those seeking quick returns. It is, however, a brilliant project: genuinely open-source and packed with features—perhaps even more useful than what Coldcard had to offer. I highly recommend it, just as I do Seedsigner. ⚡ View quoted note →

Whether this is a “threat” or simply a comment, only the weak-minded fail to understand what FUD is during periods of soft forks. Find out for yourselves whether this sort of comment – or whatever has been circulating since 31 July – is causing you more FUD and noise. Staying alert, trusting your decentralised practices and keeping calm are among the best habits to adopt for what lies ahead from this first week of August onwards. Long live BIP110 ! Possible reasons why this alleged attack has occurred within the Bitcoin community: 1. Monopolise the news cycle to distract from BIP110. 2. Steal BTC from Bitcoin plebs—the very foundation of the BIP110 movement. 3. Destroy faith in self-custody. (Bitcoin only functions as a system if a critical mass holds their own keys and runs full archival nodes to enforce the rules. Otherwise, large mining pools, corporations, and Bitcoin Core devs will inevitably control the network.) 4. Drive users to move their BTC to exchanges—the absolutely worst place to be during a contentious soft fork that may result in a chain split, should miners collude. From my perspective, the reasons outlined by Matthew Kratter's are not just spot on—they are profoundly accurate. Anyone who considers themselves a Bitcoin holder, yet remains unwilling or unable to grasp the nature of this situation, is—whether blatantly or deep down—accepting of Bitcoin being transformed. Through centralisation and control, its inherently decentralised nature is compromised. Consequently, those individuals will likely see their savings—and Bitcoin’s status as “sound money”—plummet in the not-too-distant future. 📉 #Bitcoin #BIP110 #Decentralisation #Plebs #NoKYCisTheWay

Having sparked the FUD shortly before the August soft fork—which may have reached thousands of users—due to the main announcement on 31 July, the impact is now evident. It is visible in the mass hack of Bitcoin accounts tied to one of the most highly recommended “cold” wallets on the market (only-bitcoin). We’re sorry about this. Yet, this has not prevented us from enjoying a plant-based (vegan) lunch amongst some Purple Konnektiv members. May good health and cruelty-free food abound! 🌿 @franny @Essencial

GM ☀️. Within the realm of internet technologies and the Bitcoin ecosystem, it is becoming increasingly clear why it is vital for “the asset” to remain solely a monetary system. Equally significant is the principle that anyone who can afford to run a router—with “decent and moderate” traffic—should be able to run their own node (BIP110) in its entirety. A brilliant concept, and one I fully support. “Out there”—in our interactions with pets, plants, good food, pleasant weather, and face-to-face relationships—life is thriving, and it demands our attention. 🪴 As part of my freelance routine, and to keep my mind clear, I am sharing these thoughts with you today. I look forward to reconnecting soon with my next post, dedicated to this valuable and beloved Nostr community. 🫶🏽

Es muy probable que muchos de nosotros tengamos algún amigo, familiar o conocido cercano —o incluso nosotros mismos— que muestre el «patrón» y los «síntomas» del TDAH (ADHS auf Deutsch). As a descriptive illustration, some time ago I shared what BIP110 truly means (link below). This was grounded in my own research and practical experience—giving me confidence in its accuracy and reliability. Furthermore, the arguments put forward by @Matthew Kratter and @Bitcoin Mechanic on Nostr —-also active on Youtube—- strike me as highly significant; if not the most coherent arguments one could hear to understand what BIP110 stands for. Well worth a listen, and highly recommended. #bitcoin #knots #bip110 #runbip110

To round off this event: … View quoted note → We will continue to fight to ensure that Bitcoin remains decentralised—until every user who recognises that Bitcoin is entirely decentralised, and takes it seriously, runs their own node! @Matthew Kratter 's events can also be viewed here on the protocol.
