Just wondered, out of interest, has there been a change in the number of reported food poisonings over the last 20 years after hearing a guy not wash his hands after taking a piss. Gm nostriches, hoping my day out of the fiat provides a little headspace to reset, given I appear to be becoming quite the “expert” in wellbeing (never an expert, always a student). But downsides “headspace and relaxing” could in fact be a distraction. Just writing some stuff and managed to get the stars to align halfway through with an effective academic “googlewhack” that brought two of my favourite topics into the realms of, not a solution (Thomas Sowell told us, “there are no solutions, and not trade-offs”), but a clearer mind, a target, and a tool to fight those bastards that appear to want to make us feel like shit.
