From complete disaster where everyone was talking over the other with no real idea of what we were supposed to accomplish this week to a properly moderated series of whiteboard sessions with actionable results that everyone was happy with. I didn't even have to put the actual team manager on too much of a spot by just suggesting a different approach. Guess I still have it in me. 🌚

EU’s W will be a dumpster fire. Nothing about it makes any sense. I really don’t like much about both Fediverse and ATproto (excuse, it’s “Atmosphere”) audiences, the companies involved and the “muh save democracy” clowns. > My views about W Social have gone through a full cycle: initial dismissal about their potential (based on the poor quality of their launch website), then a reassessment after analyzing their various strategies… and now I’m back at the beginning, thinking it may have an uncertain future.
